The house is divided into two floors, with accessibility to each other through an interior staircase of snail in iron.

On the entrance floor there are located the double room, the common dining and sitting room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The upper floor is composed of a mezzanine to which the younger ones do not resist, considering this space as their true paradise. The truth is that adults do not resist as well, given that it can also be their ideal refuge.

ENTRANCE FLOOR:

Double room: Bedroom with fitted wardrobe, double bed (160cmx200cm), bedside tables, side chair. It is equipped with a Duo-Therm central wall heating system. Includes bed linen.

Dining/living room: Dining Table for 6 persons (extendable up to 8), 6 chairs, showcase, 3 seater sofa, table-board, coffe table. It has a fireplace with stove and TV.

Kitchen: Equipped with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, induction hob and electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle and toaster. It has all kitchen utensils and matching textiles. The kitchen communicates with the living room through a wall-mounted counter where two bar-style high stools are arranged.

Bathroom: Equipped with bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin, the bathroom is divided into two separate dependencies, allowing the use of the washbasin in a separate area from other equipment. Includes bath textiles, hair dryer and amenities (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap).

UPPER FLOOR:

Mezzanine: Space with a very high ceiling where even in the bedroom areas you can walk with plenty of space. Equipped with two single beds (80cmx200cm), convertible into double beds (160cmx200cm), accommodating up to 4 people, the mezzanine has the function of bedroom and leisure space; there is a support table, high floor lamp, storage cabinet. It has a seating area with coffee table and individual banana leaf seating, high reading lamp, mini stereo, games and books. It connects to a balcony through which natural light comes in, which easily makes the atmosphere cozy. From the balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley and the ocean or simply enjoy the hammock and relax. It has an adjacent bathroom with toilet, small washbasin, open furniture with shelves. Includes face towel and liquid soap. Beach towels are available for visitors.

BALCONIES:

The entrance floor gives access to the porch of the house through the living room and the kitchen. Equipped with outdoor furniture, the balcony offers a stunning view of the valley and the sea. The mezzanine also has a balcony where a hammock is installed. All windows are aluminum, double glazed.

CENTRAL WALL HEATING:

All areas of the bedroom, living room and Mezzanine are equipped with a Duo-Therm Central Wall Heating System, consisting a tempered glass surface and a natural stone slab, that by its presentation is fully integrated in the decoration of the environment where it is installed, providing total comfort even in colder weather.

OUTSIDE AREA:

Integrated in a condominium with private access, with swimming pool and swings surrounded by lawned area, the house provides total security to its inhabitants. The common area also includes two barbecue grills, outdoor shower and toilet.
