Located less than 3 km north of Ericeira, this village is known not only for its gastronomy, but also for its beaches, such as São Lourenço, Coxos and Ribeira d’Ilhas, which are part of the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve, where they are located. Surf and bodyboard championships are both organized nationally and internationally. It is an excellent starting point for visiting Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Óbidos, Fatima.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
The house is divided into two floors, with accessibility by an interior wooden staircase.
On the entrance floor are located the dining and living room, a bedroom with private bathroom with bath textiles (Winter Room), the kitchen.
The upper floor consists of three en suite bedrooms (Spring, Summer and Autumn Room).
LOWER FLOOR:
Living / Dining Room: Dining table for 6 people, extendable up to 10. The living room has a fireplace with wood burning stove. It’s equipped with a TV, mini stereo, board games and reading books.
Kitchen: Equipped with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle and toaster.
Winter Room: Single room (80cmx200cm), convertible to single bed (160cmx200cm), bed line, private bathroom with bath textiles and amenities (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap).
UPPER FLOOR:
Spring Room: Room with open balcony, twin beds available separately (90cmx200cm each) or together (180cmx200cm), bed linen, built-in wardrobes, private bathroom with bath textiles and amenities (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap).
Summer Room: Room with enclosed balcony, twin beds available separately (90cmx200cm each) or together (180cmx200cm), bed line, built-in wardrobes, private bathroom with bath textiles and amenities (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap).
Autumn Room: Room with closed balcony, twin beds, available separately (90cmx200cm each) or together (180cmx200cm), bed line, built-in wardrobes, private bathroom with bath textiles and amenities (shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap).
Before arrival, visitors are invited to choose how they want to see the rooms in the house prepared, whether with a double bed or twin beds.
It has a hair dryer. Beach towels are available for visitors.
CENTRAL WALL HEATING:
All bedrooms and living room is equipped with a Duo-Therm Central Wall Heating System, consisting a tempered glass surface and a natural stone slab, that by its presentation, is fully integrated in the decoration of the environment where it’s installed, providing total comfort even in colder weather.
OUTSIDE AREA:
Leisure and dining area. Equipped with barbecue, outdoor furniture with dining table and chairs can accommodate up to 10 people. Has outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Garden area with children’s play house and slide. Sun hat.
Private Parking: Available for two cars.
